Dr. Otto Octavius was working in his lab when four robotic arms were fused to his body in a terrible accident. Now driven insane and seeking revenge against those he deems responsible for the accident, the villain now known as Dr. Octopus kidnaps Spider-Man’s friend Felicia Hardy. Spider-Man to the rescue!
